Triple Cheese Bread

3/4 cup water

3 cups bread flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons quick -acting active dry yeast

OR

3 teaspoons regular active dry yeast

Instructions: Measure ingredients exactly and place in bread machine pan in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests. Be sure the yeast does not come in contact with the water or the cottage cheese.

Select regular cycle (do not use delayed time cycle) and start machine according to manufacturer's directions. Remove to wire rack to cool.
