1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound pork sausage
1/2 pound Italian sausage, out of skin
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green or red bell peppers
16 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
28 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten
4 teaspoons butter
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
sliced mushrooms
sliced black olives, for garnish
Instructions: Brown beef and sausage with onion and pepper in large skillet or Dutch oven. Drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Mix well.
Combine spaghetti, Parmesan chesses, eggs and butter in large bowl. Mix well. Place in 15-by-10-inch pan or casserole dish. Spread cottage cheese over pasta. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella over cottage cheese. Pour sauce mix over cheese layer. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over sauce. Top with sliced black olives.
Bake in preheated 350* oven until cheese melts, about 25 minutes.
Serving Idea: Serve with garlic bread and mixed green salad.
