1 12 oz can apricot nectar (1 1/2 cups)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 packets Equal or 3/4 tsp Equal Measure
Instructions: In a saucepan combine apricot nectar, cornstarch, mustard and lemon peel and juice. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly; cook 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in Equal. To serve, spoon over cooked ham or poultry.
Makes 1 1/3 cups (21 one-tablespoon servings).
