Baked Mushroom Rice

1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice

1 1/3 cups reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth

1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 medium onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a 1-1/2 qt. casserole coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
