Banana-Pineapple Yogurt Shake

1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen in, freezer bag

1 8 oz carton plain nonfat yogurt

1 8 oz can crushed pineapple (juice pack), undrained

2 packets Equal® sweetener or 3/4

tsp. Equal for Recipes

1 cup ice cubes

Instructions: In a blender container combine all ingredients except ice. Blend till smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time through opening in lid, blending till slushy. Pour into glasses.

Makes 4 (7-ounce) servings.
