2 cups cold skim milk, divided
4 ounces Neufchatel cheese
1 package (4-serving size) Chocolate flavor
fat free sugar free instant reduced calorie
pudding pie filling
3 cups Entenmann's Fat Free Chocolate Loaf
cubes (1/2 loaf)
1 20 oz can lite cherry pie filling
1 square (1 oz) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated
Instructions: Pour 1/2 cup of the milk into blender container. Add Neufchatel cheese; cover. Blend until smooth. Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups milk and the pudding mix; cover. Blend until smooth. Divide cake cubes evenly among 8 individual dishes. Reserve a few cherries for garnish if desired; spoon remaining cherry pie filling over cake cubes. Top with pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with reserved cherries and chocolate. Makes 8 servings.
