1 package (4-serving size) lemon flavor
sugar free gelatin
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons reduced-calories French dressing
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup finely shredded lettuce
1/2 cup cooked turkey breast, julienned
1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, julienned
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
2 tablespoons quartered radish slices
Instructions: Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in vinegar, dressing, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir remaining ingredients into gelatin mixture. Spoon into 3 individual plastic containers or serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish if desired. Makes 3 1/2 cups or 3 entree servings.
