Chicken and Fruit Salad

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds

4 packets Equal or 1 1/4 tsp. Equal Measure

1 to 2 tbsp. orange juice

4 cups torn spinach

8 ounces thinly sliced cooked chicken breast

2 cups sliced strawberries

1 cup halved seedless green grapes

1 1/2 cups thinly sliced yellow summer squash

2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned

1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces, optional

Instructions: In a small bowl combine yogurt, lemon-pepper seasoning, mustard, garlic salt, poppy seed and Equal. Add enough orange juice to make of drizzling consistency; set aside.

Line platter with spinach. Arrange chicken, strawberries, grapes, squash and orange sections atop. Drizzle salad with dressing. If desired, sprinkle with pecans.
