4 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast halves

1 14-1/2oz can Italian stewed tomatoes

1 15oz can chili with beans

4 slices cheddar or American cheese

Instructions: Place chicken in an ungreased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with tomatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 50 minutes. Spoon chili over each chicken breast; bake 10 minutes longer. Top with cheese; return to the oven for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
