Chocolate Banana Pop

2 cups cold skim milk

1 package (4-serving size) chocolate fat free

sugar free instant pudding mix

1 cup Cool Whip LiteŽ, thawed

1/2 cup mashed bananas

Instructions: Pour milk into medium mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping and banana. Spoon about 1/2 cup pudding mixture into each of 6 paper cups or popsicle molds. Insert wooden stick or plastic spoon into each for handle. Freeze until firm, about 5 hours. To serve, press firmly on bottom of cup to release pop. Makes 6 pops.
