Qty Measure Ingredient

1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
1 package (4-serving size) chocolate fat free
sugar free pudding mix
1 cup Cool Whip LiteŽ, thawed
1/4 cup raspberries
Instructions: Pour milk into medium mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into individual dishes or medium serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with raspberries. Garnish if desired. Makes about 2 2/3 cups or 5 servings.
This is also great when made with other flavors of fat free sugar free instant pudding mix.
