Chocolate Pudding Sandwiches

1 1/2 cups cold skim milk

1 package (4-serving size) chocolate flavor

fat free sugar free pudding mix

3 1/4 cups (8 oz) Cool Whip Lite, thawed

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 package (9 oz) chocolate wafer cookier, (44 cookies)

Instructions: Pour milk into large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping and marshmallows. For each sandwich, spread about 2 tablespoons of the pudding mixture onto each of 2 cookies. Lightly press cookies together to form sandwich. Wrap each sandwich with plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining cookies and pudding mixture. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight. Remove sandwiches from freezer about 5 minutes before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Makes 22 sandwiches.
