Qty Measure Ingredient

1 package (4-serving size) lemon, lime or
orange sugar-free gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
Ice cubes
1/2 cup lemon sherbet
Instructions: Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water; pour into blender container. Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is partially melted. Add sherbet; cover. Blend at high speed 30 seconds. Spoon into individual dishes or medium serving bowl. Chill until set, about 45 minutes. Makes 3 cups or 6 servings.
