Creamy Custard Sauce

3 cups cold skim milk

1 package (r-serving size) vanilla fat free

sugar free instant pudding mix

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional

Instructions: Pour milk into large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 cups or 8 servings.

Note: Refrigerate any leftover sauce. Thin with small amount of additional milk before serving, if desired.
