2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Dash hot pepper sauce
3/4 cup cucumber, finely diced
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add lemon juice, onion, dill, horseradish and hot pepper sauce. Fold in cucumber. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables. Yield: 2-1/3 cups.
