Easy Baked Chicken

1 1/2oz packet Butter BudsŪ butter flavored mix

3/4 cup tomato juice

2 tablespoons cider or red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 3 pounds broiler-fryer chicken, skin removed, and cut up

Instructions: Prepare butter granules according to package directions. Stir in tomato juice, vinegar,soy sauce, ginger, garlic and oregano. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; seal and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Place chicken and marinade in a 13x9x2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick spray. Bake, uncovered at 375* for 1 hour or until juices run clear, spooning marinade over chicken several times.
