Easy Chocolate Pudding Milk Shake

3 cups cold skim milk

1 package (4-serving size)chocolate fat free

sugar free instant pudding mix

3 scoops (about 1 1/2 cups) vanilla frozen

lowfat yogurt

Instructions: Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. ( Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.) Makes about 5 cups or 5 servings.
