Easy Peanut Butter Milk Shake

3 cups cold skim milk

1 package (4-serving size) butterscotch fat

free sugar free instant pudding mix

1 1/2 cups vanilla frozen lowfat yogurt

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Instructions: Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.)

Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.
