Fresh Broccoli Salad

2 pounds fresh broccoli, cut in bite-size pieces

1 12 oz pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced

2 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings

1 2-1/4oz can sliced ripe olives, drained

1 1/2 cups prepared Italian salad dressing

1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
