1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup strawberries, sliced

1 package (4-serving size) sugar-free gelatin, any flavor

3/4 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

Ice cubes

3/4 cup Cool Whip LiteŽ, thawed

Instructions: Divide fruit among 6 parfait glasses. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. combine cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Measure 3/4 cup gelatin; pour 2 tablespoons into each glass. Chill until set but not firm. Gently stir whipped topping into remaining gelatin. Spoon over fruit in glasses. Chill until set, about 1 hour. Makes about 3 cups or 6 servings.

Suggested combinations:

Orange flavor gelatin and 1 cup peach slices. Lime flavor gelatin and 1 cup cantaloupe balls or 1 medium banana, sliced. Strawberry flavor gelatin and 1 cup strawberry slices or 1 medium banana, sliced. Lemon flavor gelatin and 1 cup red seedless grapes.
