Homemade Egg Substitute

2 egg whites

2 teaspoons nonfat dry milk solids

1 teaspoon canola or corn oil

1 drop yellow food coloring

Instructions: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Use as a substitute for 1 egg.
