1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Artificial sweetener equivalent to 2 to 4 teaspoons sugar

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Refrigerate overnight. Yield: 2/3 cup
