Low-Fat Bean Dip

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 15 oz can pinto beans, rinsed & drained

3 tablespoons green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 1/2 teaspoons seeded jalapeno pepper, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 to 3/4 teas salt, optional

1/4 teaspoon sugar

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bow.. Use raw vegetables or tortilla chips for dipping. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 1-3/4 cups.
