Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

1 cup fat-free cottage cheese (8oz)

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt (8oz)

2 tablespoons onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions: In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, onion and garlic; process until smooth. Stir in blue cheese. Store, covered in the refrigerator. Yield: 1-3/4 cups.
