5 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon EACH: onion powder, paprika, dried mustard, and oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon dried thyme

1/8 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary

Instructions: In a jar with a tight -fitting lid, mix all ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight. Shake well before serving. yield: 3/4 cup.
