Mint Chocolate Chip Milk Shake

3 cups cold skim milk

1 package (4-serving size) pistachio fat free

sugar free instant pudding mix

1 1/2 cups frozen vanilla low-fat yogurt

1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

1/2 square (1/2 oz) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

Instructions: Pour milk into blender container. Add pudding mix, frozen yogurt and extract; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.) Sprinkle individual servings with grated chocolate. Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.
