Mushroom Potatoes

1 10-3/4oz can low-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1/2 cup skim milk

1 large onion, chopped

4 medium cooked potatoes, peeled & diced


Instructions: In a bowl, combine soup, milk and onion. Stir in the potatoes. Pour into a 1-1/2-qt baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
