Orange Onion Salad

1 package (4-serving size) orange sugar free gelatin

3/4 cup boiling water

1 tablespoon vinegar

Dash of white pepper

1/2 cup cold water

Ice cubes

2 oranges, peeled, sectioned and drained, (about 1 cup)

1/4 cup chopped celery

1 to 2 tbsp chopped red onion

Instructions: Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar and pepper. Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add oranges, celery and onion. Spoon into individual dishes or medium serving bowl. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
