1 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

1/4 teaspoon pepper

4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves*

Instructions: Combine the first four ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, one piece at a time, and shake to coat. Place in an 8-in. square baking pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. "Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.

NOTE: Pork chops may be substituted for the chicken. Bake for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 160* -170*.
