2 cups cold skim milk

1 package (4-serving size) vanilla fat free

sugar free instant pudding mix

1 cup Cool Whip LiteŽ, thawed

1 small peach, peeled & chopped

1 teaspoon grated orange peel

1 13.6 oz pkg Entenmann's Fat Free Golden

Loaf Cake cut into 12 slices

2 cups cut-up summer fruits

Instructions: Pour milk into medium mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping, peach and orange peel. Arrange cake slices on serving plate. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over cake; top with fruits. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 12 servings.
