sugar free gelatin, any flavor

3/4 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold cranberry juice

ICE CUBES

1/2 cup Cool Whip LiteŽ, thawed

Instructions: Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water; pour into blender container. Combine cranberry juice and enough ice cubes to measure 1 /14 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is partially melted. Cover; blend at high speed 10 seconds. Add whipped topping; cover. Blend 15 seconds. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into 6 straight-sided dessert glasses; let stand 1 minute. Top with remaining gelatin mixture. Chill until set, about 1 hour. Garnish if desired.
