1 package (4-serving size) lemon sugar free gelatin

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup boiling water

1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, crushed, optional

3/4 cup cold water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup cooked turkey breast, finely chopped

1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

Instructions: Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; stir in tarragon. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into 3 individual plastic containers or serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Maies 3 cups or 3 entree servings.
