Qty Measure Ingredient

2 packages (4-serving size each) or 1
package (8- serving size) raspberry sugar free gelatin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 orange peeled, sectioned and, finely chopped
Instructions: Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in orange. Spoon into 5-cup mold which has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Garnish if desired. Makes about 5 cups or 10 servings.
