Strawberry Banana Yogurt Shake

2 cups cold skim milk

1 package (4-serving size) strawberry sugar

1 8 oz carton plain lowfat yogurt

1 cup crushed ice

1 large banana, cut in chunks

Instructions: Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.
