1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel

1/2 cup orange juice

1/3 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup sliced green onions

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 packets Equal or 3/4 tsp Equal Measure

Instructions: In a saucepan combine peel, orange juice, broth, green onion, cornstarch, basil, salt and pepper. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in Equal. Makes about 1 cup (16 one-tablespoon servings).
