3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup red onion, minced

1/4 cup green pepper, minced

1/4 cup sweet red pepper, minced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons dried basil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

4 7 inch flour tortillas

Instructions: In a bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients; mix well. Place tortillas on greased baking sheets; spread with cheese mixture. Bake at 400* for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Cut into wedges.
