1 6 1/2 oz can tuna in water, drained and flaked

1 small tomato, finely chopped and drained

1/2 cup cooked cut green beans

2 tablespoons chopped green pepper

2 tablespoons chopped red onion

2 tablespoons sliced pitted ripe olives

2 tablespoons reduced-calorie French dressing

1 package (4-serving size) lemon sugar free gelatin

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

2 teaspoons vinegar

1 hard-cooked egg

Instructions: Combine tuna, vegetables, olives and dressing; mix lightly. Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and vinegar. Chill until slightly thickened. Divide tuna mixture among 4 individual plastic containers or serving dishes. Slice egg crosswise into 4 slices; place 1 slice on each serving. Spoon clear gelatin over tops. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 4 cups or 4 entree servings.
