Wild Rice and Turkey Salad

4 cups fresh spinach, torn

2 cups turkey breast, cooked and cubed

2 cups wild rice, cooked

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

1 jar pimientos (2 ozs), drained and chopped

1 8oz bottle Italian salad dressing

Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Add dressing just before serving; toss to coat.
