1 cup raisins
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon sugar substitute
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions: In a saucepan over medium heat, cook raisins, water, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg until margarine is melted; continue cooking for 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Spread into an 8-in. square baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
