5 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
1 teaspoon dehydrated garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions: Brown venison burger in a little hot oil. Add the tomato sauce and the spices. Simmer 10 minutes.
For thicker chili, add the masa corn flour and heat through.
