Liver and Green Peppers

1 venison liver

2 green peppers, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

seasoned flour shakey bag

Instructions: In hot fry pan, cook green pepper and onion until tender.

Shake liver in flour bag. Add liver to green pepper and onions.

Cook until liver is done.
