10 pounds venison, ground

1 ounce pepper

1 ounce salt

1 ounce fennel seed

1 pint cold water

1 pound bacon, ground

Instructions: Blend the spices together in a bowl.

Add meat and water. Knead well.

Make into patties or stuff into casings.
