Squirrel and Rice

Qty Measure Ingredient

2 squirrels, skinned & cleaned

salt and pepper, to taste

garlic and onion powders, to taste

water

2 cups cooked rice

Instructions: Place squirrels in pan and cover with water; add seasonings. Boil until squirrels are tender.

Cook rice and drain.

Add rice to squirrels and heat through.

Serve with pan of cornbread.
