Thirty-Minute Venison Chili

1 pound venison

4 1/2 teaspoons Texas Chili Seasoning Mix

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 medium onion, chopped

salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste

1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained

1 15 oz can pinto beans, drained

Instructions: Heat the oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat.

Stir-fry the meat and onion for 2 to 3 minutes.

Season with Texas Chili Seasoning Mix, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Add the tomatoes and pinto beans.

Bring to boil; then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 18-20 minutes.
