Venison Brains and Eggs

Instructions: USE ONLY PARTS UNDAMAGED BY THE SHOOTING AND FRESH FROM THE KILL!!!!!!

Parboil brains for about five minutes in salted water.

Pour into colander and cool under running water.

Remove any membrane.

Break and stir two to six eggs. Add seasoning as salt and pepper or any other to your taste.

Add brains to beaten eggs and scramble in skillet in which butter has been melted.

Serve on toast or with hot biscuits with all sorts of hot sauce or tart jelly.
