Venison Burgers

Qty Measure Ingredient

1 pound fine-ground venison

salt and pepper, to taste

3 tablespoons canned milk

ADD AS YOUR TASTE DICTATES:

onion salt

garlic salt

prepared mustard

1 egg, slightly beaten

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together.

Form into patties and broil in skillet greased slightly with butter.

You may prefer to cook over charcoal.

Serve on buns with lettuce, tomatoes and sliced pickle.
