Qty Measure Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons Morton's Tender Quick-Meat Cure

2 pounds lean ground venison

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients until well blended.

Form into 3 logs --- 2 inches by 6 inches. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Remove wrap and place on rack in pan.

Bake at 300*F for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Do not substitute for meat cure.
