1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup cooking oil

1 clove garlic, chopped

Instructions: Prick the meat occasionally with a fork to help the marinade penetrate to the inner regions.

Marinade tougher cut steaks up an hour.

Marinade stew meats for hour before putting in stew.

Large roasts marinade in plastic bag, turning several times, up to 24 hours
