Venison Pizzas

Qty Measure Ingredient


1 pound ground venison or venison sausage

salt and pepper, to taste

1 can biscuits

1 can pizza sauce

grated cheese, sharp or Mozzarella

sliced mshrrooms, olives or fresh onions

Instructions: Cook venison or sausage in skillet and drain.

Slices of link sausage may be used.

Season meat if needed.

Roll out canned biscuits in small pizza rounds. Place on a cookie or pizza sheet.

Spread with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce.

Add venison and garnish.

Top with cheese and broil about 10 to 15 minutes in hot oven.
