Venison Ribs

Instructions: Parboil the ribs in slated water to which has been added; Onion and garlic, by leaf, pickling spice, salt and pepper.

After the ribs are tender but not completely cooked, remove from the water and place in a big roasting pan and dab with your favorite barbecue sauce.

Finish cooking the ribs over the coals of a barbecue pit or in the oven.

This is a rare treat.
